Operations Administrative Assistant in this unit group perform some, or all of the following duties:

- Practice safe work procedures and follow all health and safety regulations
- Data entry of inventory into an ERP system, labour / job usage, and inventory location control
- Support the production team by timely and accurate closure of work orders as necessary
- Entering data into ERP system as well as using a variety of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Support supervisors and managers with weekly or monthly reporting
- Issuing labour and materials in a timely manner to close work orders
- Monitor and report inventory shortage / outages to Supervisor
- Employment/Experience Requirements:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-level manufacturing environment. Manufacturing elements includes but not limited to: large, extremely heavy moving equipment, noise, possible dust, smells and fluctuating indoor temperature conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Positive “can get the job done” attitude
- Steel toe work boots are mandatory while on the manufacturing floor. Designated areas may require other PPE such as earplugs, safety glasses, face shield etc.
- Pre-employment testing, including drug and alcohol, will be a condition of employment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
- shift will be 6:00am to 2:30pm or 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday
