**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with data entry of items and vendor set-up in
- Updating and tracking promotions via spreadsheets and other
- Communicating daily with buyers and other internal stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain documents, filings, and other reports in accordance to policies and
- Assisting buyers with item maintenance/set up/costing and customers service
- Month End promotional and bill back process and maintenance
- Financial reporting and interaction with the Internal Accounting team
- Ability to analyze multiple forms of data as it relates to the decision making
- Ability to communicate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based

**Required Qualifications**
- \tHigh School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- \t1 to 3 years of related experience in a business environment, retail, or wholesale.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- \tFamiliarity and basic working knowledge of AS400 is preferred.
- \tFamiliarity and basic working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
