**Job Overview**

**Duties**

  • Install and maintain equipment according to schematics and technical specifications.
  • Perform electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
  • Fabricate components as needed to support installation projects.
  • Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong electrical skills with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Proficiency in mechanical knowledge, including welding capabilities.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
