What We Do

We are experts in residential window and door replacement and building envelope restorations. We don't outsource our work; we install our own premium products ourselves. As the Installation Manager, you are overseeing the most critical part of our value chain: the moment our product meets the customer's home. You will lead the execution of high-performance installations in occupied homes, ensuring every project is completed with precision, safety, and a premium customer experience.

What You'll Do

As the Installation Manager, you own the "heartbeat" of the branch. You are ultimately accountable for ensuring our people, our customers, and our revenue are supported through disciplined planning, strong communication, and decisive daily leadership.

Your core objectives include:

• Drive the "Win" Daily:
  Own the daily and weekly installation schedule to ensure it is accurate, realistic, and aligned with labor capacity.
• Transformational People Leadership:
  Lead and support Lead Hands and crews through clear expectations and hands-on coaching to build a stable, high-performance bench.
• Scale and Optimize:
  Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to increase installation volume while maintaining firm control over WIP and follow-up activity.
• Protect the Bottom Line:
  Drive profitability by managing labor utilization, reducing overtime, and ensuring payment is collected at the completion of every job.
• Proactive Issue Prevention:
  Stay ahead of risks and constraints to ensure a predictable schedule with minimal reactive "firefighting".
• Uphold the Standard:
  Ensure every installation meets Centra's quality and safety expectations, providing a seamless experience for the homeowner.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  5+ years of operational leadership experience in a high-volume, labor-intensive industry (e.g., Construction, HVAC, Logistics, or Restoration).
• Scale & Volume:
  A proven track record of managing a $5M+ operation or a high-velocity production environment where you successfully scaled capacity.
• P&L Literacy:
  Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor utilization, protecting margins, and reducing operational waste/rework.
• Strategic Scheduling:
  Expert-level ability to manage complex calendars, WIP (Work in Progress), and multi-crew logistics.
• Leadership Depth:
  Experience managing a large, diverse workforce with a focus on coaching, accountability, and retention.
• Conflict Resolution:
  High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations with homeowners and internal teams.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems to drive data-informed decisions (we are a numbers-driven branch).
