We are currently seeking **remote Sales Account Managers** based in the following Canadian locations:

- Calgary, Alberta
- Kelowna, British Columbia
- Kingston, Ontario
- Manitoba, Canada
- Moncton, New Brunswick - Bilingual (French)
- Regina, Saskatchewan

**What you’ll do here**:

- Build and maintain long term relationships with current accounts at a rate of 95%+ retention while leverage existing client relationships to upsell & cross sell additional programs, products, and services.
- Service and retain accounts by addressing on-going customer feedback and assuring appropriate follow up transpires quickly.
- Sell new accounts via assigned account prospects.
- Assist with data collection from accounts as required (e.g., EDT).
- Attend regularly scheduled sales meetings.
- Complete accurate sales contracts for orders, including pricing and payment terms in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Utilize and maintain call and prospecting activity reporting.
- Maintain, complete, and submit paperwork/reports in accordance with guidelines, to include weekly sales logs, call reports, account files, account recovery forms.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree or combination of education/experience.
- 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong customer service skills with a talent for persuading, influencing, and negotiating when acquiring new business.
- Organizational and time management skills are a must in addition to excellent verbal/written communication and problem solving.
- Full use of dependable, insured automobile that is in current compliance with provincial law to utilize while visiting account base in assigned territory.
