Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **People Coordinator **to join our team In this role you will get to support HR functions and our onboarding process.

People Coordinator

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Hiring Support
- Manage and help create job descriptions
- Support job postings
- Schedule and support interviews
- Support requestor and director with offers and correspondence
- Maintain transparent and available tracking of all in process postings/hires
- Transfer hire information and details to requestor, management and orientation team
- Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
Systems
- Perform research as required (policies, benefits, programs, resources)
- Help People Coordinator and Site Admin with staff schedule
- Assist with staff communications
- Support performance reviews, benefits registration, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and new projects
- Consistently maintain People systems to ensure updated, accurate information and data is readily available
- Assist in the research and coordination of ad hoc tasks, as needed
Orientation & Onboarding
- Foster a consistently positive and welcoming experience for all employees
- Monitor inbound employee inquiries and problem solve a variety of questions across HR programs such as benefits, onboarding, payments, company systems, and more
- Help create, maintain and deliver orientation and on-boarding processes
- Act as a consultant to new employees
- Create and update project employee handbook
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
- Related technical diploma or high school and 2 years equivalent experience
- Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, be detail oriented, and be adaptable.
