PK Development, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/woman with a minimum of 2 years of framing experience. This position is based in Spruce Grove, AB and involves working on a large townhome project.

**Responsibilities**:
Framing Expertise: Utilize your extensive framing experience to oversee and guide the framing activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to quality standards, codes, and project specifications.

Scheduling and Coordination: Effectively schedule and coordinate trades, including carpenters, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Task Organization: Organize and assign daily tasks to the team members, including helpers, ensuring productivity and efficient utilization of resources.

Equipment Operation: Operate telehandler and Skid Steer equipment as required for the construction activities.

Safety Management: Enforce and promote a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices. Provide guidance and support in maintaining a safe working environment for the team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of 3-4 individuals, reporting to the site supervisor on a daily basis. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of framing experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of operating telehandler and Skid Steer equipment is preferred.
- Telehandler, fall protection, and CPR tickets are advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
