**Job duties**:

- Manage and supervise landscape crews.
- Manage and maintain project schedules.
- Resolve work related issues.
- Organize and direct landscaping tasks.
- Determine worker competency.
- Operate equipment (sod cutter, skid steer, loader, mini hoe) Use handheld tools.
- Maintain cleanliness on the jobsite / housekeeping.
- Assist with landscaping tasks as needed.
- Manage all site documentation and verify completeness, Conduct site inspections.
- Snow removal in the winter.
- Landscape equipment and tools regular maintenance.
- Other supervisory tasks as needed.

**Terms of employment**:

- Full time permanent
- Language of work: English
- Wage: $26.41, annual bonuses.
- benefits package offered: Medical extended benefits after 3 months, company will pay 50%.
- location(s) of work: Same as business location and various locations in Edmonton and surrounding areas, Calgary and surrounding areas, and various locations within Alberta depending on where our projects are located.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Foreman/woman CSTS training (is an asset);
- Leadership for Safety Excellence training (is an asset); Valid Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract;
- Able to successfully complete a drug & alcohol pre-screening and criminal record check;
- Ability to work long hours (10 - 12 hours per day);
- Hours: 32 to 60 per week.
- Must be able to work in varied and extreme (hot) weather conditions; Physically t and capable of lifting +50lbs;
- Strong work ethic; Safety conscious;
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
