**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Field Superintendent, the Foreman/woman will direct and manage a project and all on-site construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment, while supporting and leading the company’s direction, policies, procedures, safety standards, and construction deadlines.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working **5-6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 8-10 hour days**.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support the scheduled installation, repair, and maintenance of underground civil construction activities.
- Support and lead established organizational methods for coordination of work activities while utilizing corrective actions to ensure construction schedules, milestones and completion dates are met.
- Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan.
- Ensure company equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Promote, execute, and adhere to the company’s safety program, and support all employees, subcontractors, and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
- Ensure time entry is recorded in a timely manner to ensure payroll processing.
- Maintain documentation in Fast Field for Safety and Equipment tracking.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5+ year(s) of construction leadership, with increasing responsibilities, based in civil construction, electrical, underground, and heavy equipment operations
- Microsoft Office, FastField, and Field Wire experience
- Valid Class 5 or higher license is required
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adept at problem solving, multitasking, and team collaboration.
- Journeyperson/Master Electrician is a asset.
