We are a well-established physiotherapy clinic in Maple Ridge looking for a polite and experienced receptionist who carries the above qualities along with a smile We are willing to train the right person. We pride ourselves in having a great team of people who genuinely care about each other and the clients we work with.

Job duties will include welcoming and scheduling clients, directing clients to their treatment room, answering the telephone in a professional manner, communicating with funders and lawyers, collecting and processing payments from clients and funders, maintaining a tidy workspace, light laundry and general duties pertaining to front end staff in a physiotherapy environment.

This position is part time but may evolve to full time dependant on availability. This position will include evening shifts and morning shifts. We are open 7am - 8pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 4pm Friday. We are currently looking for 25-30 hours/ week early and or late hours depending on the day.

Salary Range : $18-$23 per hour plus access to our HAS (Health Spending Account)

Start date for training will be early February, with a formal start date shortly thereafter.
