We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Administrator to join our dynamic team at Kanaka Creek Family Dental, a reputable dental practice in Maple Ridge offering a comprehensive range of services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients seeking implants, orthodontics, and sedation treatments, ensuring they receive excellent service from their initial consultation to the completion of their procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for various dental treatments, optimizing the clinic's workflow and maximizing efficiency.
- Utilize your expertise in dental insurance to assist patients in understanding their coverage, processing claims, and providing accurate cost estimates for treatments.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of outstanding patient experiences.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the dental office through active participation in team meetings and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Dental Administrator in a dental practice
- In-depth knowledge of dental insurance procedures, claims processing, and coverage verification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and empathetic attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.

**Experience**:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Dental Receptionist Course (required)
