This position is based in Oakville, Canada. This position is a hybrid role working remotely and in the Oakville office. **Position Overview**: Primarily focusing on Pool product support. Coordinates the creation of pick manifest, bills of lading, invoicing for outbound shipments. Also arranges for the pickup of freight. Sets up and processes export paperwork. Coordinates export shipments to meet timely demands - setting up orders and communicating priorities. Hayward Pool Products Canada Inc. is a leading manufacturer of swimming pool equipment. For over 90 years, we've been helping pool owners enjoy the pleasures of pool ownership by manufacturing cutting edge, technologically advanced pool equipment worldwide. **Responsibilities**: **Major Tasks and Responsibilities***: - Must be fluent written and spoken in french. - Responsible for setting up/scheduling shipments for picking and shipping. - Works with customer service and distribution operations to prioritize outbound shipments. - Reviews dock Receiving List for accuracy. - Validates all bills of lading have been signed correctly and turned back in by drivers. - Final invoicing bills of lading after pickup. Files/Scans bills of lading if necessary. - Schedules and sets up export shipments and provides support. - Processes export documentation - create commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipper's letters of instruction for air, ocean and ground exports complying with regulations and procedures. - Ensure copies of export documentation are sent to the correct distribution list and file documentation as required. - Track proof of export for routed exports. - Maintain business partner database and HTS database. - Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: **Qualifications**: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong attention to detail and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to demonstrate working successful in a team-oriented environment and able to multi-task on a regular basis.
