As the Technical Sales Analyst, you’ll be an essential partner to our Regional and Territory Managers, driving efficiency and innovation across our sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative & Sales Support**:

- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and daily office operations for Regional and Territory Managers.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and work orders, ensuring precision and adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Develop custom quotes and proposals using Salesforce when needed.
- **Event & Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, tours, Lunch & Learns, and other sales events from start to finish.
- Oversee guest communications, venue logistics, and follow-up processes to ensure every event is a success.
- **Lead & Document Management**:

- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to qualify and assign inbound leads effectively.
- Maintain accurate document control and update critical sales reports, dashboards, and business metrics in Salesforce.
- Assist in preparing quarterly reviews, business plans, and technical reports.
- **Additional Support**:

- Work cross-functionally to validate custom pricing and support specialized proposals.
- Manage the shared territory calendar and assist with external sales rep support, including user access and lead assignments.
- Coordinate travel bookings and logistics for client meetings and events.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is a plus.
- A collaborative and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
