**Minimum Requirements**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate industry experience, including hands-on property management and multiple property responsibilities.
- Industry related designation(s), including SMT, SMA, RPA preferred.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision.
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent company’s interests in all matters related to the management of properties.
- Assist with marketing, showing, and leasing of commercial properties.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and annual operating budgets for each property, with the assistance and collaboration of the various departments and team members.
- Review, monitor, and control all operating costs associated with the management of the property and be able to analyze and explain variances.
- Liaise with general manager regarding property-related issues and prepare for and attend monthly/by-weekly meetings with the managers.
- Assist with preparation and tender for all operational contracts and assist with planning and execution of CapEx projects.
- Liaise with building operators in managing the efficient and effective day-to
- day operations of the property.
- Liaise with tenants on all operational matters related to their tenancy and maintain excellent customer relations with them.
- Assist with administrative support to GM and building operations staff, including, but not limited to, preparation and monitoring of POs, liaison with vendors and service providers, and accounts receivable support.
