Halifax, Canada City Centre Property Management Full time

Reporting to the company owner, the Property Manager must control maintenance and its costs, manage any suppliers involved in maintenance using a strong set of interpersonal and administrative skills. Efficient approach to the company’s values and operations is required.

A primary part of the company’s offer is that our building are always are kept in a high standard of cleanliness and in showing-shape (at all times) and this work is carried out by the Property Manager/Cleaner. This includes the out-and in inspections upon a tenant leaving or entering into a unit and any work needed to bring the unit back to its original shape. The Property Manager will be provided with a manual outlining those standards and the leasing procedures as required. The Cleaner will be provided with materials and supplies as needed and should communicate requirements to the Company Owner in a timely fashion prior to when they are needed.

With various locations involved, the Property Manager may be required to use Spanish language skills at times either by phone or in writing. However, the primary work will be conducted in English.

Communication with the Company Owner regularly is paramount. Should any equipment need maintenance or replacement, all items should be submitted to the Company Owner prior to completion or purchase.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 per year
