Doe Coffee & Bakery is hiring mid-night PT/FT baker to our bakery team.

Shift hours:
Start at 12:00 AM or 2:00AM, 6 to 8 hour shift, 3 to 5 days a week.

Job description
- Dough mixing, batter mixing, various preparation tasks
- Making laminated pastries such as puff pastry, croissant, etc
- Bake off pastry, cookie, muffin, loaves, etc
- Piping, decorating products
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station

Qualification:
1. Must be able to lift 50lb/25kg dough, flour, batter

2. Hard working and high energy is a must

3. Can be a good team player and flexible with teammates' request for help

4. Must be responsible and show up on shift on time

5. Understand the importance of work efficiency well and thrive to improve the productivity - Passionate to produce high quality products consistently

6. Positive attitude and able to receive and provide constructive feedback from/to other team members

Job Location:
2263 East Hastings Street Vancouver BC, V5L 1V3

Starting salary: 16 $ per hour, higher wage is available depends on the experience and job performance. Performance and wage increase is assessed every two quarters.

Experience: 1 year of working in commercial bakery (preferred)

If you have a valid driver license and perfect driving record, and you are willing to drive around the city to deliver baked goods, picking up supplies, etc is a bonus. Company car will be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
