**Parts Advisor**

This position is at Grand Falls Hyundai, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Grand Falls Hyundai, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Mitsubishi, Miramichi Kia, five ReCar locations, two St. Croix Auto locations, Velocity Auto Body and nine Wonder Auto Locations. We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an immediate opening for the position of **Parts Advisor**.

Reporting to the Service & Parts Manager, the ideal applicant will be responsible for:

- Working with our technicians to quote and supply parts for all of our used vehicle reconditioning needs
- Creation, management and closing of parts quotations and invoices
- Inventory control including ordering of parts, unpacking and placement of orders and compiling parts returns
- Working with Used Car Department to complete Used Car Reconditioning quotes
- Distributing work to technicians
- Creating technician work orders

The ideal applicant must have the following qualifications:

- Experience in a parts department or the technical knowledge to look up parts is an absolute must.
- Excellent people skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- General mechanical understanding. Must know the mechanical and technical side of vehicles well.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience in this position would be a definite asset.
