Provide back counter parts service to all technicians in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and provide availability.
- Notify the service advisor when special ordered parts have been received.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
- Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Receives payment from retail customers.
- Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer.
- Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.
- Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
- Participates in all training programs that are made available.
- Keeps current on new products and product updates.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
