**We are seeking a Human Resource Representative to join our Enterprise Recruitment team for a duration of approximately**
**12 months.** Under mínimal direction, and with a high degree of initiative, discretion, and self-direction, will work with the Enterprise
Recruiters in providing Talent Acquisition assistance to the Business Unit customer groups. You will be responsible for anticipating,
assessing, and executing on talent acquisitions processes in a deadline-driven environment.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Provide support to Enterprise Recruiters in developing and maintaining excellent service-oriented relationships with customers

across the enterprise.
- Assist Enterprise Recruiters and Line Management with the delivery of talent acquisition services including;
- The review of job descriptions
- Create and distribute job offer letters with input from the Recruiter and line management.
- Update, evaluate, and interpret employee and organizational data on HRMS in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to HR

business processes and procedures.

- Work with TA & DEI Department staff on inter-related recruitment processes (job postings, scheduling of orientations,

medicals, and personal risk assessment process).
- Support recruitment events (e.g., career events, orientations, aptitude testing sessions) as needed.
- Support day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition
- process.- Provide assistance to line areas regarding temporary agency staffing requests and associated administration.
- Initiate and/or suggest improvements to work group processes and procedures.
- Assist as required with interpretation of collective agreements, Corporate policies and guidelines.

**_ Qualifications_**
- Minimum of Grade 12 with completion of specialized courses in Human Resources, plus a minimum of two years related

experience in an administrative role, of which one year is in a human resources capacity.
OR
- Minimum of Grade 12, plus a minimum of three years related experience in an administrative role, of which one year is in a

human resources capacity.
- Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

- In depth practical knowledge of HRMS, including the Personnel Action and Org. Management processes.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a deadline driven environment.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working under limited supervision.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and collective agreements.
- Working knowledge of the talent acquisition process and e-Recruitment system.
- Demonstrated PC skills with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $26.32-$35.10 Hourly,
$50,441.30-$67,262.26 Annually.
