Client Planning Associate

**Job Overview**
The Client Planning Associate plays a key role in supporting clients' financial well-being by preparing and delivering personalized financial plans. This role blends technical financial planning expertise with a strong emphasis on client service and relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, cash flow, tax strategies, estate planning, insurance needs, and education funding.
- Meet directly with clients—either independently or with a lead advisor—to review plans, explain recommendations, and ensure alignment with their goals.
- Use financial planning software (e.g.Razor, JustWealth, etc ) to model various scenarios and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and update financial plans to reflect changes in client circumstances or market conditions.
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to support a seamless client experience.
- Prepare client-ready reports and follow-ups to support ongoing financial guidance.
**Requirements**:
- Achieved or working towards at least two of the following: CFP, QAFP, PFP, CSC, LLQP
- Personable, professional, and passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- 3+ years in finance
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
