We are currently looking for Budtender to join our Team

**The Position**:
We are looking for responsible and trustworthy individuals who are
passionate about the cannabis industry and want to be part of a team committed to reducing the stigma and exemplifying the modern cannabis landscape.

As the Budtender you must develop, cultivate and foster relationships with our customers, advising and educating on suitable cannabis products. Budtenders must exude a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:
Cannabis Retail Experience Preferred
Minimum 19 years old
CanSell certification required
Criminal Background check required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail setting
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn
Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
Ability to develop meaningful connections through creating relationships in the community with customers and peers based on a foundation of trust and teamwork
Must be flexible with hours and comfortable with change in a fast paced industry
Ability to consistently work weekdays; with the flexibility to work evenings and split shifts if needed, holidays and weekends

**Responsibilities**:
Assist and educate customers while building enduring and long lasting relationships
Drive sales through education and product knowledge
Continue to increase your level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go above and beyond expectations
Be mindful of sales objectives and business matters
Ensuring the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times
Process all customer payments using our Point of Sale (POS) System
Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Key Holders

- 4 hour shift

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oshawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
