**Our Marketing Team**
Emulating the size & structure of an agency with approximately 35 team members and counting, our marketing departments mission is to reinvent the way landscapes are designed, built and experienced. With a strong culture for creativity, our team is composed of a powerful combination of design and content experts, landscape architects, digital leaders and strategic thinkers. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth operations of the entire Marketing department, the internal collaboration between sub-departments and the communication within the company and to the outside. In this role you will provide visibility to stakeholders on marketing programs and their status, solicit feedback from partners to enable continuous improvement, and ensure alignment of business objectives with the rest of the organization. We are seeking a responsive, action-oriented and empathetic Leader to improve operational efficiencies in the Marketing team.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Supervise the planning, managing, and execution of cross-functional programs and projects through the marketing department’s project managers and coordinators and makes the right decisions to deliver on time and on budget;
- Supervise the workload and projects of the entire Marketing team to ensure productivity and smooth operations are consistently maintained;
- Oversee all department operations, implement department-wide changes, follow the marketing budget and onboarding and offboarding marketing employees;
- Implement, improve and maintain the marketing standard operating procedure (SOP) for project management and the overall project management methodology;
- Quarterly coaching and check-ups on the project build-outs and milestones in teamwork with the project managers and managers of all sub-departments;
- Set the structure and follow up on the file management for the marketing sharepoint for easily accessible data;
- Train new members of the marketing team on processes to ensure consistency and implement solutions that drive growth and productivity;
- Continuous coaching for managers and PMs on operations and teamwork project management;
- Prepare the marketing presentations for the quarters, as well as the annual presentation for the directors.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or relevant experience;
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing and operations experience preferably in a B2B environment;
- Bilingual (English and French). English is required in order to service our customers and suppliers based in the United States and outside Quebec;
- Passion for process improvement, solve complex problems and recommend alternative solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including technical teams ;
- Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep the plan in motion
