We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brands and products. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

**Marketing Manager Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing
- Work with product managers on new product development
- Analyzing market trends
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales department.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Promoting our brands at trade shows

**Marketing Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.
- Experience in food and/or packaging environment is an asset.
- Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Bilingual (English & French)

Pour assurer le succès, vous aurez besoin d'une connaissance approfondie des stratégies de marketing et de la capacité d'identifier de nouvelles pistes commerciales. Un responsable marketing exceptionnel sera quelqu'un dont l'expertise se traduira par une notoriété et une rentabilité accrues de la marque.

**Responsabilités du responsable marketing**:

- Évaluer et optimiser le marketing
- Travailler avec les chefs de produit sur le développement de nouveaux produits
- Analyser les tendances du marché
- Génération de nouvelles pistes commerciales.
- Accroître la notoriété de la marque
- Coordonner les stratégies marketing avec le département des ventes.
- Superviser l'image de marque, la publicité et les campagnes promotionnelles.
- Promouvoir nos marques lors de salons professionnels

**Exigences du responsable marketing**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing, finance, administration des affaires ou similaire.
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience en tant que responsable marketing.
- Expérience dans l'environnement alimentaire et/ou d'emballage est un atout.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration.
- Solides capacités de gestion du temps et d'organisation.
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
