Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and be part of a dynamic team.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in guest services agent in hospitality industry is asset
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
