Duties:

- Perform front desk duties such as checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and assisting with guest inquiries
- Prepare daily reports including occupancy, revenue, and other statistical data
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Assist with guest services such as delivering requested items to guest rooms or providing information about hotel amenities
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Bilingual skills (English/French) are highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
