Communicative Disorders Assistant

Speech Wonders is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) to join our team. The selected CDA will provide speech therapy under the guidance and supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).

The Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) will be required to provide direct one on one therapy sessions to individuals. The CDA will schedule hours of work based on client convenience and will need to be able to drive to various locations including homes, day cares, offices, and clinic.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Planning and carrying out treatment sessions based on specific therapy goals established by the supervising SLP
- Eliciting, collecting and recording client response data
- Planning and explaining carryover activities to others (e.g., home programs)
- Documenting treatment sessions
- Reporting on client progress and any related issues to the supervising SLP
- Competitive rates and compensation
- Must have access to a car and be willing to travel
- Evenings and weekend availability

**Salary**: $55.00-$75.00 per hour
