**About the Role**:We’re looking for dynamic, hospitality-minded individuals to join our growing team as **Wine Retail Associates**. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in retail, restaurants, or the beverage industry — especially those who love connecting with people and have an appetite for learning.

**You don’t need to be a wine expert to apply.** If you’ve worked in a food-centric restaurant around a great wine list, led a retail team as a keyholder, or handled customer-facing roles in liquor or specialty retail — we’ll provide the knowledge, training, and mentorship to elevate your wine game.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional, approachable customer service with product confidence and warmth
- Recommend wines based on taste, occasion, and food pairing
- Support store operations including merchandising, restocking, and opening/closing procedures _(if applicable)_
- Participate in regular tastings and ongoing wine education
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging retail space
- Represent the Market Wines brand with professionalism and personality

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years' experience** in:

- Wine, liquor, or specialty retail
- Hospitality or restaurant service (especially with wine experience)
- Retail leadership or keyholder roles
- Genuine interest in wine and customer experience
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Wine certifications (WSET, CMS, etc.) are a bonus, but not required
