Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and team collaboration? We’re looking for a **Dispatcher** to join our fast-paced automotive parts distribution hub

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set and coordinate delivery routes for drivers, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Monitor driver deliveries in real-time to ensure routes are followed and adjusted as needed.
- Communicate and work with store managers to prioritize deliveries and meet customer needs.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with external partners and suppliers.
- Use fleet management technology to track deliveries and manage driver schedules.
- Ensure all deliveries meet company standards for accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle any delivery issues or changes in a calm and organized manner.
- Maintain communication with drivers and ensure safety protocols are followed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and work with fleet management software and related technologies.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a bonus but not required.
- Knowledge of the automotive parts industry is a plus but not essential.
