**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable.
- Utilize accounting software, including Quickbooks, to manage financial records and reports.
- Assist with payroll processing using systems such as Wagepoint, Payworks, and ADP.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports for management review.
- Support month-end closing processes by ensuring all transactions are recorded timely.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
- Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions in compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and account reconciliation techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
