**What you bring**

You have several years’ Accounting Technician/Bookkeeper experience supporting a Company's financial operations. You have excellent organizational and analysis skills and expertise in accounting software and other financial tools. In addition, you have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and keep abreast of tax laws and regulatory changes.

**What you’ll do**

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including record financial transactions and reconciliation of bank statements; manage the company's accounts payable and receivable, including issue invoices, track payments, and reconcile statements; manage payroll and ensure that all employee payments are processed accurately and on time.

Financial reporting, tax preparation and compliance: Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; prepare and file tax returns and ensure that the company complies with all tax laws and regulations.

Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.

Assistance with audits: Prepare for and participate n financial audits.

**What you’ve got**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar field and 2+ years of experience at a Big 4 or Startup; CPA a plus
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word). Excel skills should include in depth experience with pivots, reporting and analysis tools.
- Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Dynamics 365
- Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
- A team player and commitment to deliver outstanding results while having a fun time with your teammates doing it
- You are detail oriented, resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles all interactions with diplomacy and tact
- SQL and Power BI knowledge a plus
