**Law Clerk, INSURANCE DEFENCE**

**Rogers Partners LLP** is a unique litigation practice that has the personal touch of a smaller firm along with the resources, expertise, and experience of a larger firm. We act as counsel at all levels of our civil justice system. We are defense counsel for insurers and self-insured companies, managing litigation arising from all types of losses including product liability, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, motor vehicle liability, property losses, municipal liability, medical negligence, and sexual abuse.

**Rogers Partners LLP** is looking for a professional insurance defence Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience and certification from a recognized Law Clerk Program to join our team. To be a successful law clerk at Rogers Partners LLP you must possess the following qualities: a high level of attention to detail; keen observation skills, excellent time management; strong organizational skills; impressive communication skills; as well possess excellent judgment and make important decisions within the scope of your duties.
