Do you have a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm in everything you do? Get ready to take your hospitality career to the next level at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto by joining our talented and dynamic team as a Guest Services Associate.
Our Guest Services Team's main objective is to ensure a world-class guest experience from arrival to departure. This high profile department carries a special responsibility by creating the first and last impression of the Hotel.
Who you are:
You have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people
You are impeccable with your personal presentation
You have excellent command of the English language
You are knowledgeable about what Toronto has to offer visitors
You demonstrate attention to detail and have the ability to multitask
You are comfortable with standing outside for the majority of your shift and are able to lift at least 60 lbs.
How you can qualify:
Valid G Class Drivers license
Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
Possess a clean driving record (minimum of two years).
Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Preferred additional skills:
Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation
