**Job Summary**

As a **Group Benefits Administrator** at WA Health, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our clients' health and welfare and pension plans. You will be responsible for handling member information, processing contributions, reconciling reports, and responding to inquiries from members, employers, and other stakeholders. Your role will ensure the efficient operation of our benefits administration processes while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update member personal information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare, distribute, and process forms and related documents as required by members.
- Validate, enter, and reconcile member contribution information, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Reconcile employer contribution reports, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Identify and report overpayments or underpayments and correspond with employers, unions, and other relevant parties to address any delinquencies.
- Manage client enrollments, terminations, amendments, and status changes, including all data entry and updates.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and sharing of information across departments.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all client information in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, pension administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of group benefits plans, pension plans, and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with benefits administration software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
