Are you passionate about facilitating a collaborative client service experience and delivering that WOW factor daily? If you have strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills, this role as a Service Consultant (SC) / Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Group Benefits department may be perfect for you. What will you do? Partner with consultants and analysts to retain assigned book of business by providing superior service, promptly responding to inquiries, assisting with complex issues, and managing client’s group benefit plans. Review, process, and prepare client reports for new business, renewals, updates, and marketing in accordance with applicable reporting schedules and templates. Develop client communications, including presentations, memos, and email announcements as needed. Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system EPIC and on the client network drive. Review contracts, policies, and plan information for accuracy. Facilitate carrier training and support for clients. Peer‑review documents as required. Assist with special projects in the office as requested. Continuously grow your knowledge of insurance products. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective prioritization and multi‑tasking abilities. Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience, preferably with EPIC. Excellent customer‑service skills. Team player who can work independently. Bilingual (English and French) considered an asset.
