Fueling Brains Education Services is proud to be a private Early Childhood Services (ECS) operator accredited by Alberta Education and a member of the Association of Independent Schools and Colleges in Alberta (AISCA).
Fueling Brains Education Services specializes in early childhood services, providing intervention programs for children accessing PUF and MM funding at Fueling Brains Academy centers across Calgary and in Strathmore. Our mission is to deliver impactful early intervention solutions and foster optimal brain development during the most critical years of a child's life.

**Position**:Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
**Location**: Calgary & Strathmore, AB
**Contract**: September 2025 - June 2026
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete speech and language assessments to identify delays and guide programming
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication goals
- Deliver therapy in a variety of settings using evidence-based, play-based approaches
- Support development of receptive/expressive language, articulation, phonology, and social-pragmatic skills
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, therapy assistants, and team members to ensure consistent support across environments
- Monitor progress, update goals, and provide timely reporting
- Offer coaching and training to parents and early childhood educators
- Stay informed on best practices and current research in pediatric speech-language pathology
**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered and in good standing with ACSLPA
- Pediatric experience in speech and language assessment and intervention
- Ability to supervise therapy assistants and work collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel between daycare campuses across Calgary
- Current and clear Police Check
- Preferred but not required: Experience with PUF programming or Alberta Education contracts

**Work Environment Requirements**
This role includes physical activities typical in early learning settings—sitting on the floor, kneeling, occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), and engaging in active play. Some exposure to noise, bodily fluids, and common childhood illnesses should be expected. Must be able to regulate emotions under stress and respond compassionately to children’s behavioral needs. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
