We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company seeking a high-energy, hardworking and motivated individual on our team.

As part of the **Falkbuilt Building Maintenance Team**, you will be responsible for communicating and responding to various Falkbuilt requests. Requests will cover a wide range of maintenance tasks including general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and other essential duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance of Falkbuilt areas and buildings
- General light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Respond to routine service requests and perform preventative and corrective actions
- Ability to trouble shoot issues, ask pertinent questions and gather information to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Flourish in a fast-paced working environment, under tight deadlines.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building maintenance, handyman or repair roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC and general building repairs.
- Proficiency with hand and powers tools; small equipment
- Mechanical aptitude required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Possess a strong health and safety mindset; ability to work in a safe manner
- Proficiency in English is needed; additional languages are welcomed.
- Class 5 AB license with clean driving record.

**Additional Notes**:

- Must own reliable transportation and be willing to travel to between Falkbuilt buildings - SE Calgary area required.
- Monday to Friday, days work schedule
- Must be available to respond to urgent matters on the weekends as Falkbuilt is a 7 day a week operation.
- Must love (ok, like) dogs as they are regularly in the office.
