We are looking to hire a **Seminar &** **Marketing Assistant** to support our financial planning practice.

**Title: Seminar & Marketing Assistant**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Seminar Coordination
- Managing the seminar logistics and attendance, preparing various reports after seminar for analysis purpose with IT Consultant in an efficient, automatic and measurable way
- Improving the quality and procedures for seminars and prospecting clients with IT Consultant
- Assisting in answering calls and contacting clients for seminar
- Assigning new clients to advisors
- Creating Zoom webinars and seminar record in Elite system
- Preparing and organizing seminar marketing materials in a systematic and organized way, including publications, presentations, corporate gifts and promotional items, etc.
- Proposing topic for advisors to host seminar

Gift Management & Event Organization
- Maintaining valuable customers relationship by sending corporate gifts, birthday messages, etc.
- Managing the inventory of gift stock
- Arranging the delivery of gift to clients
- Planning and arranging the event calendar of gift arrangement and event invitation
- Organizing and executing company events, such as staff appreciation event, Christmas party, teambuilding event, client appreciation event, etc. with the assistance from other staff

Marketing Support
- Handling and managing various marketing services providers, advertising agencies (e.g. Radio), social media agencies/partners, charity organizations, etc. to provide timely and good quality services
- Planning and managing all marketing activities including but not limited to meeting with related parties, propose and follow timelines
- Coordinating the content for social media including posts, videos, and stories in various marketing channels (e.g. downloading marketing materials from carrier website)
- Supporting sales department and business transactions and reports with customers to drive efficient sales operations with IT Consultant
- Carrying out radio recording of competitors
- Maintaining and updating content of company website in a timely manner
- Organizing Elite Wealth Management Scholarship Award
- Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in business or communications is preferred. Minimum of two years of related experience in marketing.
- Experience working in a similar role within a marketing team in a similar organization
- Demonstrated experience in design and graphics production; proficiency with Adobe Creative software, Hootsuite, WordPress, Google AdWords and more is an asset.
- Good understanding of social media and in-tune with social trends with the ability to capitalize on those opportunities
- Prior experience using social media for branding and marketing a plus
- Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing/coordinating traditional and digital markets assets and website content.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication and copy writing skills in Cantonese (Traditional Chinese) and English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000-$50,000 per year
