Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, manage cash flow projections, and ensure proper liquidity for the organization
- Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable function, ensuring timely payment of invoices
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc., to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
