We are a property management company based in Montreal looking for a
Bookkeeper/Office Manager to work in our office.(not from home) We are seeking a hardworking, bright, trustworthy person with excellent communication and computer skills for administration and general office duties.
**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF YARDI SOFTWARE, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THIS ADJECTIVES ON YOUR RESUME.**
This position located in Montreal will allow you to showcase your organizational, coordination and planning skills, communications skills
**Responsibilities**:
Data entry - proficient skills in Yardi
Bookkeeper month end
Organize and maintain an effective and rigorous filing system
Manage sensitive information confidentially
Perform any other duties or related duties as per business requirements
Requested skills Wanted profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a position with similar functions
Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Yardi
Good bilingualism, in French and English, spoken and written
Have a sense of organization, attention to detail
