We are currently seeking a qualified Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst to join our forward-thinking Humans Resources team in Toronto:
DAYFORCE HCM ANALYST - TORONTO
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst is responsible for maintenance and integration initiatives in Dayforce across the organization. With a focus on Payroll and adjacent modules, the HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR, Operations, IT and other stakeholders to define requirements and objectives, implement new features and configurations, and ensure adoption of best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all phases of the Dayforce USA implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live, including but not limited to:

- Pay Policies and Entitlements;
- New Earnings & Deductions across multiple states
- Organization set up for Acquisitions;
- Workflow Administration.
- Deployment of additional modules (e.g. Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation) for both Canada and the US.
- Leverage expertise in Dayforce HCM specifically to review current state processes and develop future state processes based on best practices.
- Tailor your insights to stakeholder needs, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to ensure flawless system integration.
- Lead vendor management initiatives for integration of new features.
- Create business process documents, job aides and guides for Dayforce users and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Support Payroll and HR to develop process efficiencies and ongoing process improvements. Train super users on functionalities, new features, and best practices.
- Escalation point to support HR team with trouble shooting and fixes related to HCM & Payroll issues.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, with a focus on Dayforce Payroll functionality.
- Must have experience with Dayforce HCM modules for payroll, Workforce Management, Time Away from Work and knowledge of Recruitment and Performance.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience integrating payrolls. US payroll experience an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
- Understanding of common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
- Excellent and proven organization, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
- Dayforce certification is an asset.
- Change Management experience is an asset.
