Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with internal and external customers regarding services provided and resolution of discrepancies.
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements to ensure all costs are captured in the accounting system.
- Timely and accurate processing of monthly recurring accounts receivable invoices and reconciliation to the Real Estate and Corporate entities’ accounts.
- Reconciliation and billing of the chargeback account on a monthly basis to ensure timely recapture of costs paid by the management company on behalf of other entities
- Processing and reconciliation of employee expense accounts and credit card accounts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries as directed by the Service Group Accountant.
- Provide support to the Service Group Accountant to ensure that departmental requirements and deadlines are fulfilled.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working in an accounts payable and accounts receivable capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies and propose adjustments where needed.
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Experience working in the commercial real estate or commercial services field is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced functions is preferred.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager software is a plus.
