Casa Foundation for International Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and underrepresented communities through entrepreneurship, leadership, and skills development. The Build Empowered and Skilled Tomorrow (B.E.S.T.) the program is designed to equip youth with essential competencies while facilitating volunteer placements that enhance career development and community engagement.

**Job Summary**

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will oversee all reporting and evaluation activities for the B.E.S.T. program, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and impact measurement. This role involves managing the reporting of sub-agreement holders, tracking program progress, assessing outcomes, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. The M&E Officer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Program Evaluation**: Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from program activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Manage and oversee reporting processes for sub-agreement holders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- **Performance Tracking**:Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and effectiveness.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Work with program staff, partners, and external evaluators to ensure compliance with evaluation standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive records of evaluation reports, findings, and action plans.
- **Other Duties**: Support other evaluation and reporting tasks as required to support program development.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program evaluation, impact assessment, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in data collection tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Google Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must live in Toronto, ON

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with non-profit organizations and donor-funded programs.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring frameworks and evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and impact assessment models.
- Experience with visualization tools and reporting dashboards.
