**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to draft estate planning documents.
- Capacity to investigate or search for relevant information from or in coordination with executors, administrators, banks, the PGT, skip-tracers, and more.
- Have experience in Wills and Estate litigation (Notices of Disputes, Certificates of Pending Litigation, mediation, and more).
- Have experience in basic Land Title Office submissions (transmissions to executors/beneficiaries, Certificates of Pending Litigation, property searches and accurately reviewing titles)

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years LAA or Paralegal
- Proficiency in legal drafting;
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to write clearly and concisely

Pay: $55,502.28-$68,242.06 per year

**Experience**:

- Writing skills: 3 years (required)
- Legal drafting: 3 years (required)
- Organizational skills: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
