MDW Salon & Spa is a cozy spa located in the beautiful Kirkland area in the West-Island. We offer hair and esthetic services (including nails and waxing), as well as massages. We are an established spa and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join a young & vibrant team

**As a receptionist your responsibilities are**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule services for clients
- Call clients to confirm appointments
- Greet clients
- Answer questions about services
- Resolve scheduling issues or other issues
- Check in clients
- Promote and sell spa/salon services
- Process payments
- Balance cash
- Open/close spa
- Any tasks owners ask
- Clean and disinfect front end

**Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends**_*_*

**You must also have the following skills**:

- Speak both English and French
- Have good communication skills
- Great at multitasking
- Knowledgable with computers
- Have empathy towards clients and co workers
- Hard worker and punctual
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirkland, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
