ISMI is looking to expand their team We are hiring a part-time Bilingual First Impression Specialist to work on site in our clinic in the West Island 3 days a week. This role will rely on your ability to provide exceptional customer service and deal with clients and patients and administrative

responsibilities in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. It will call
have a minimum 2 years of customer service/reception experience working in a fast-paced

environment. Business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, open to weekends and evenings. There is possibility of remote work up to one day a week with the possibility of this role becoming full-time permanent in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Greet and host guests in a professional manner, serving refreshments
- Answer calls and schedule clients in for appointments
- Inform and advise clients of all services provided at ISMI
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and regulations
- Maintain boardroom cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,

irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Embody the values of ISMI: to serve “Each patient all the way”, with “Care, Dignity and

Hope”

Qualifications:

- Experience in a medical environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Must be fluently bilingual in both English and French
- At least 2 years of Reception/Customer Service experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $14.25-$19.24 per hour

**Experience**:
