**Job description**

To accommodate our continued growth and success, Nour Private Wealth (NPW) is seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our digital presence, including graphic design, website development, maintenance, and content strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining company websites to ensure functionality, usability, and overall user experience
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
- Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and engagement metrics to optimize performance and user experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media to continually improve our digital presence

**Required Education, Skills, and Qualification**
- Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web development, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of website development languages and platforms, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.
- Experience with website maintenance and troubleshooting, including updates, backups, and security protocols.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling grammatically correct, and industry-relevant content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**

Salary based on experience and commensurate with the marketplace.
