**ROLE SUMMARY**
Firstly, is to ensures that activities are well managed, priorities are set, objectives are met and team members are versatile. In addition, the employee actively participates in the decision-making process of the SRE team by collaborating and exchanging with your manager and colleagues.
Motivating and stimulating the troops by equipping and guiding them in the acquisition of new knowledge, by allowing them to grow within the company and by ensuring that they have the necessary tools to prepare a motivating and attractive career plan.
You will be called upon to work closely with various teams within the company to ensure the delivery of our products, by ensuring that the deployment methods are efficient, safe and optimal. You will also be responsible for a deployment coordination team whose mandate is to plan various jobs with clients and assign them to deployment specialists.
You will be at your best in this position if you are open to change, flexible and able to contribute in a collaborative way with several multidisciplinary teams (R&D, customer experience, professional services, sales, etc.)
**MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE**:
- Manage, prioritize and follow up on the team's work
- Participate in the establishment and achievement of objectives;
- Manage team performance and implement performance improvement plans;
- Provide ongoing, timely feedback to team members;
- Remove blockers to individual and team performance
- Work closely with the various Logibec teams to raise issues and problems
- Identify areas for improvement in the deployment process
- Identify operational gaps and actively contribute to their resolution
- Follow up with customers, coordinate post-mortems with various stakeholders
- Share knowledge within the team and between the operations and development teams
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education (a strong asset)
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience, including two (2) years in team management
- Experience in an Agile work environment, rapid adaptation to change, DevOps environment, SDLC
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
- Enjoys fostering good collaboration and information exchange between colleagues
- Good listening skills and customer service
- Facilitates escalation of issues at all levels of the organizations;
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills;
