**Duties**.
- Install siding related materials according to specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Engage in carpentry and woodworking tasks to create custom pieces.
- Participate in assembly tasks for various construction components.
- erect and dismantle scaffolding
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and restorations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles with a diverse skill set.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently.
- Some Experience in roofing Could be helpful
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

Pay: $18.24-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
