**Summary**

Founded in 2011, PNK Custom Homes specializes in custom home builds and renovations. Our primary goal is to put people in their dream homes through personalized care from the first consultation to the moment they walk into their new home.

We are currently growing and seeking the right people to join our team Reporting to the site Project Manager, the Site Foreman is an integral part of building dream homes for our clients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Project Oversight**: Conduct regular sites visits to follow planned scheduled tasks ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Use our construction management software to manage aspects of each project.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the project specifications and building codes. Address and report issues promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Communication & Reporting**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the renovation sites and management. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any minor issues or conflicts that arise during the renovation process.
- **Material Management: **Ensure materials are handled efficiently and report issues accordingly.
- **People Management**: Grow employee skillsets and performance through coaching and positive discipline.
- **Hands-On Work: **Proficient in specific construction and interior finishings like finish carpentry, framing, drywall and taping, rough and finish plumbing, rough and finish electrical, painting, and tiling.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role.
- Effectively train and performance manage employees.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of renovations processes, building codes and safety regulations.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- A current, valid, G class driver’s license in good standing.
- Flexibility with scheduling and reliable attendance.

**Physical Demands**
- Handling construction materials manually.
- Ability and dexterity to lift and support up to 75lbs independently.
- Walking, standing, climbing, crouching, bending, twisting the body.
- Making repetitive motion.
- Climbing up tall ladders, working at elevated levels

**Work Environment**
- Work takes place onsite of homes under construction; all required PPE must be worn while onsite (hard hat, steel toe boots, mask and ventilator, hearing protection) as required.
- Work takes place in variable weather conditions, year-round; be prepared for warm and cold days, rain and snow.
- Dust filled environment at multiple stages of the construction process.
- Sound, noise, hazardous conditions, high places, vibration, hazardous equipment, machinery and tools.

**Site Locations**
- Most of our job sites are in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga.
- We do occasionally work outside these municipalities.
