**Position Title: Supervisor, Operations**
**Team and Location: Commercial - Nanaimo, BC**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of staff including hiring, performance management & salary recommendations.
- Ensures the facility and its employees are complying with all safety procedures set by the company.
- Fuel Inventory control for the facility.
- Customer service - ensuring our customers get the best possible service at all times.
- Site Maintenance - working with contractors when required.
- Store stock control - ensuring inventory levels are kept at an appropriate level.
- Office Administration - completing reports as required by head office.
- Month end close procedures.
- Oversee process of accepting payments and cash handling.
- Manage schedules and staffing appropriate for the business needs.
- On call shift rotation for afterhours & weekends.
- All other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- JDE experience an asset but training will be provided.
- Previous experience supervising employees.
- Large commercial truck knowledge and Industry experience an asset.
